[4] A problem with today's quick fixes is that the lock indication is often unclear and not always completely searching. Today, an indicator rod / indicator pin is normally used which is connected to the quick-release locking device.
[5] It is also known as locking devices which make it possible for indication to take place when the lock is locked. Examples of such quick lock display devices are shown, for example, in USZ010 00] 89535Ai, EPO527733B1 and US5ó92855A.
[6] In both US2010089535Al and EP0527733B1 a locking device is described in the form of a, in relation to the quick coupling, two-way hydraulically actuatable pin which both ensures that the lock remains locked and which with a colored outer part visible to the driver indicates that this is the case. US5ó92855A shows a coupling device in which a handle visible to the observer is rotated with the locking device and indicates a locked and unlocked position, respectively.
[7] These solutions require either an additional contributory actuator and / or a plurality of mechanically coupled components that may loosen or break. Thus 63934 there is a need for a simple and reliable release indicator for a quick release which clearly indicates to the operator that the implement is loose on the excavator.
[8] A breathable moth with the present invention is to indicate in a simple and clear manner that a quick release for a construction machine, for example an excavator, is loose.
[9] The invention relates to a quick-release attachment for coupling an implement, comprising an implement gate with two parallel pre-axes, to a construction machine.
[20] If two cylinders are used to indicate whether the read is read or open, a better / safer display is achieved, especially when the observer is at an angle from the side or under the implement and quick release. In addition, a cylindrical casing is easy to seal around, which means that the space in the frame in which the actuator is arranged can be made dirt and moisture protected. This increases the possibility of a longer life of the actuator. In a further embodiment, the reading device comprises at least one elongate reading part with a first outer end and a second inner end, the reading part being arranged to run in a heel in the frame so that in the first position it is inserted in the frame and in the second the position projects from the frame and delimits the second cut-out in a direction parallel to the first cut-out. The at least one elongate reading part may in one embodiment have a cylindrical shape.
[22] Using an extended reading portion that runs through the frame and defines the second cut-out is a simple and reliable mechanical reading construction. A cylindrical part gives a detachable construction, but other shapes of the reading part are also possible. 63934 6
[23] In a further embodiment, two cylindrical reading parts are arranged to run parallel to two heels in the frame.
[24] Two parallel read cylinders provide an even load on the actuator. In addition, if the read cylinders are placed some distance apart, the reading effect against the front axle of the implement will be better as two force application points die.
[25] In one embodiment, the locking part has a chamfer at its first outer end which is adapted to the shape of that of the front axles of the implement which is intended to cooperate with the second cut-out.
[26] This gives the reading part a better abutment surface against the mounting shaft and a more playful reading.
[27] All the above embodiments or parts of an embodiment can be combined freely as long as the combination is not contradictory.
[28] The invention will now be described, by way of example, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a quick coupler mounted in an implement, Fig. 2a shows a first vertical view of a quick coupler in an open position, fig. Fig. 2b shows a second horizontal view of a quick release in an open position, Fig. 30 shows a first vertical view of a quick release in a read position, Figs. Fig. 3b shows a second horizontal view of a quick release in a read position, and Fig. 4 shows a second embodiment of the quick release. 63934 Description of Embodiments
[29] In the following comes a detailed description of embodiments of a quick release with the locking indication according to the invention. All examples should be seen as parts of the general description and are therefore generally possible to combine.
[30] Figure shows a snobbish attachment in its lower part io in a tool 2, in this case an excavator. The quick-release attachment in the implement via a tool gate 3, which is a frame with two parallel pre-axes 3a, 3b which have an extension substantially parallel to both the implement 2 and the quick-attachment in. The upper part of the quick-release barrel can be directly attached to an arm of a construction machine, for example an excavator, tractor excavator or other machine intended to carry out construction work. The quick-release i can also be mounted on or integrated in a tiltrototor mounted on the arm that allows implement movement in all directions. (not shown) Figures 2a and 2b show detailed views of the quick release when it is in an open position, ie when no tool is held. Figure 2a shows a side view of the fastener and figure 2b a plan view of the fastener. The side view can be said to be a vertical view and the piano view a horizontal view when the attachment is so placed in space that the lower edge of the attachment is mainly horizontal with the ground. Since the quick-release, especially if it is mounted in a tiltrotator, can rotate about several axes, this position can of course only be one of many possible positions. When the terms horizontal and vertical are used, reference is thus made only to Figures 2o and 3o.
[32] The quick-mount in Figures 2a, 2b and Figures 3a, 3b comprises a substantially rectangular frame 4 with two side pieces 4a, 4b interconnected by a rum body 4c (see Figs. 2b, 3b). The two side pieces 11a, 4b have a first and a second cut-out 5, 6 arranged substantially angularly red in relation to each other, i.e. the first cut-out 5 in the figure is substantially horizontal and the second cut-out is substantially vertical. The recesses 5, ó are intended to cooperate with the front axles Sa, 3la of the implement by inserting a front axle into the first horizontal recess 5 and the second front shaft 3b cooperating with and resting in the second vertical recess ó (see also Fig. I). The connection to the construction machine arm or tiltrotator can take place via two holes 7a, 7b arranged in the side pieces 4a, 4b.
[33] At least one actuator 8 is arranged in the rectangular frame 4. In this embodiment the actuator 8 is a hydraulic cylinder, but it can also be an electrically driven motor, a compressed feeder or another mechanical control device.
[34] The actuator in the form of a hydraulic cylinder 8 may be a cylinder comprising a piston 14 and a piston rod IS where the piston I4 delimits two fluid-filled chambers in the cylinder. The adjustment between open and low pressure is made by increasing or decreasing the pressures in the fluid-filled chambers via a hydraulic valve 13. In one or both of the chambers, a pressure feather 10 can also be arranged which acts as a safety feature and acts on the piston 14 if something should break and the pressure in the chambers disappears.
[35] The release device 9 comprises at least one, relative to the frame 4, displaceable Ias part 9a, 9b with a first outer end 9ay, 9loy and a second inner end 9ai, 9bi. The outer spirit 9ay, 9by can be pushed out through a cavity in the frame 4 and loosen one of the two front axles 3b of the implement in the frame 4. the release device 9 can thus be said to have two positions; a first position (shown as open position in Figures 2a and 2b) when the at least one reading part 9a, 9b is inserted in the frame 4 and a second position (shown as read position in Figures 3a and 3b) when the at least one reading part 9a, 9b protrudes from the frame 4 and delimits the second cut-out ó in a direction parallel to the first cut-out 5. In this way the second mounting shaft 3b of the implement is securely fastened in the quick-release bracket 1, ie the mounting shaft 3b is prevented from being pulled out vertically from the second cut-out ó. The at least one reading part 9a, 9b can also have a bevel in its first outer end 9ay, 9by which is adapted to the shape of that of the attachment shafts 3a, 3b of the implement which is intended to cooperate with the second cut-out ó.
[36] According to the embodiment shown in Figures 2 and 3, the reading device 9 comprises two cylindrically shaped and elongate reading parts 9a, 9b which are connected to each other with a yoke 9c. The reading parts 9a, 9b are arranged to run through a respective heel lli frame 4. Each heel ll can be sealed with a seal and / or a scraper ring (not shown) so that the space in the frame 4 where the actuator 8 is located is sealed against dirt and moisture.
[37] It is also conceivable for two or more actuators 8 ', 8' to be used, see figure 4. These actuators can be separate or interconnected and act directly or indirectly on the respective reading part 90, 9b. The actuators 8 ', 8 "can be controlled individually by separate or common hydraulic valves 13', 13 ', electrical or mechanical devices. It is also possible for the actuators to be mechanically connected via a yoke 10c.
[38] The read indicating device 10 comprises at least one elongate indicating part 10a, 10b with a first outer end 10a, 10by and a second inner end 10a, 10bi.
[39] In the dehumidification storm according to Figures 2 and 3, the indicating parts are two cylinders 10a, 10b interconnected with an interconnecting part 10c.
[40] The two holes 12 in the frame 4 may comprise a seal and / or a scraper ring (not shown) to further drain the space inside the frame 4. Of course, then also the entire space inside the frame 4 can be closed, for example by tearing a lid ( not shown) against the frame 4c. If the actuator 8 is placed in a sealed space, its service life increases.
